What types of courses are required to teach in France? Is there one school that's better than another?

Hello,
Teachers in middle and high schools have, at least, the equivalent of a master's degree and are required to pass a State selective exam.
Professors at universities are usually asked to have completed a Ph.D
Courses you have to take depend on the subject you want to teach. Then you have to choose the university or school that best suit your project.
